At ZIKÉ, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and shipping our products to ensure they arrive safely and meet our quality standards. All sales are final.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or unopened items.

 

That said, your experience matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with any quality concerns, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

 

Issues & Support

If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

ZIKÉ is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs-related issues for international orders. However, we will always work with you to help resolve issues where possible.
